Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and most international destinations worldwide. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to the United States at the moment due to recent tariff changes. We hope to offer US delivery again in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

UK Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): £3.50 (free on orders over £50)

UK Priority Processing & Delivery: £8 (your order is made and shipped within 3 working days, sent via Royal Mail First Class)

Europe: £10 to £12 via Royal Mail International Tracked (calculated at checkout)

Worldwide (outside mainland Europe): £20

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All items are handmade to order and usually processed within 7 working days. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

UK orders: 2 to 4 working days
Europe: 3 to 5 working days
Worldwide: 5 to 7 working days

If you need your order quickly, you can choose Priority Processing & Delivery at checkout. This ensures your order is made and shipped within 3 working days and sent via Royal Mail First Class, which usually arrives within 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.


To initiate a return, please email us at hello@shopsantai.comwith your order number and the reason for your return.


Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless the item is being returned due to a production defect, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take clear photos of the product and email us at hello@shopsantai.com.


If you don’t wish to keep the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, provided it’s in “as new” condition: unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.


Unless the return is due to a production defect, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost. We are also not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs.

How do I exchange my order?

The easiest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return (see above) and then place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Product Information

Are all Santai products handmade?

Yes. Every Santai piece is individually handmade in our London home studio.
This process ensures that every piece feels special, unique, and thoughtfully made.

How do I care for my Santai accessories?

Santai accessories are machine washable at 30°C using a gentle cycle. We recommend placing them inside a laundry bag to help protect the fabric during washing.

Please do not tumble dry or use bleach. After washing, lay your item flat to dry naturally to maintain its shape. If the fabric becomes wrinkled, you can lightly steam it to smooth out any creases.
